Reactive maintenance involves priority attendance when needed. We will attend at short notice and carry out any repairs which are possible on the spot. If the nature of the problem is such that this is not so we will keep the client closely informed of progress with any necessary work and work with the client to minimise any possible disruption to the use of the premises. Such attendance is often included in a regular maintenance contract, as part of the overall price, or costed separately as required.
